Heat the milk and butter and leave to coolBeat the castor sugar and eggs untill thick and foamyAdd in the sifted dry ingredients Add the cooled down milk and butter and beat well.Pour batter on-top of pineapple slices and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
