INGREDIENTS
1 large packet Flamin' Hot Cheetos 12 chicken drumsticks/ or drummettes (skin on)½ cup flour½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper2 beaten eggsMelted butter/ or oil
METHOD
1. Slit the skin along the bone. Push the skin towards the end where the meaty bit is, forming a rounded shape.2. Season the flour with salt and pepper. 3. Dip the meaty bit into milk/ water and then into the seasoned flour.4. Place upright in a deep fryer basket and fry in preheated oil until chicken is just cooked.5. Whilst chicken is frying, process Cheetos into crumbs.6. Remove chicken from fryer.7. Preheat oven to 200°C.8. Dip the lolipops into beaten egg and then dip into cheetos crumbs.9. Place on a baking tray and drizzle over a little melted butter or oil.10. Bake until both sides of chicken is crispy. Serve with ranch dressing or dip of choice.
