INGREDIENTS
1 chicken disjointed
2 tablespoon ginger and garlic
½ teaspoon ground green chillie
500ml sour milk
125g butter
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon saffron soaked in ¼ cup hot water
¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon dhana jeera
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
3 whole green chillie
3 medium potatoes quartered and fried
METHOD
Wash and drain chicken well. Add all ingredients except butter. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour. Put chicken together with butter in a pot and cook over medium heat. When cooked add potatoes and chillies. Cook for 5 minutes and remove stove. Garnish wit greens before serving.
