INGREDIENTS
Chicken strips
1 egg slightly beaten
½ cup cornflour
1 tablespoon ginger and galic
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
½ teaspoon black pepper
METHOD
Mix chicken egg cornflour ginger garlic salt pepper and enough water to make a paste. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes. Heat oil and deep fry chicken on high heat for 5 minutes then lower heat and fry until cooked through. Serve with a stir fry or savoury rice and salads. Put 3 tablespoon soya sauce in a small bowl cut 1 green chillie finely and serve as a dip for chicken.
