Marinate Hake / kingklip or snoek for 2 hours in 5 tablespoons Mozambican fish spice3 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 tablespoons lemon & herb sauce 2 teaspoon spice for fish Robertson’s 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic Few drops lemon juice 2 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon red crushed chilies
Cook for 5 minutes with the skin down to keep in moisture 👌
