I used +- 2.5 kg SuperTender Rump Steak (Serves +- 10 pple) it doesnt shrink Wash drain Maje Cuts with knife for the Masala to go in like SlitsNicely MARINADE (Half the Marinade if you using +-1.2 Kg) ¼ Cup Steers Steak Maker Marinade2 Heaped tablespoon Aminas Tandoori marinade2 Heaped tablespoon Aminas Steak and Chops Marinade2 tablespoon Gorimas Orange spice2 tablespoon Robertsons Steak and Chops Dry Spice1 teaspoon Bbq spice2 Level tablespoon Ginger garlic1 Level tablespoon My own Homemade Magic masala pasteOr any like Sujees Marinade or Khans Marinade. Or Moollas peri peri Paste1 teaspoon Lemon pepper1 tablespoon Dhana Jeera Mix 1 tablespoon Paprika1 full teaspoon tumericSaffronAdd some Rosemary.. Mint... Italian Herbs1 tablespoon Vinegar4 tablespoon OilMake a Paste with the above and rub over the Steak and in the cuts so the masala is well in inside the Steak RoastKeep Overnight Put in Pot on StoveLet it brown Sear) on both sides and then Steam with little WaterFor about 1 hourThen Remove from. Stove and cover with FoilAnd Bake in oven at 180 * for another +- 1 hour TIP(Watch the Roast sometimes it does take less time.. However it must be Tender and Soft and Juicy and succulent and not Dry (SO THE TIMING IS IMPORTANT) Add litte Worcester Sauce Tomsto Or any sauce to the juices in potAnd use this Gravy to pour over Roast as you ServeSERVING SUGGESTION FOR SIDE DISHES Serve with Chunky Veges Or Creamy Potatoe Bake, Rolls and Salads Enjoy
