INGREDIENTS

β€’2 ripe bananas β€’2 tablespoons of peanut butterβ€’1 teaspoon of vanilla essence /almond essenceβ€’4 tablespoons of vanilla or banana flavoured yogurt β€’A dash of milk (add according to preference)

METHOD

-Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth (2 to 3 minutes)
