Pecan Loaf

INGREDIENTS

2 ¼ cup cake flour
2 teaspoon bakin powder
½ teaspoon bicab
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon mixed spice

Sift al the above and keep aside

1 cup brown sugar
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup chopped pecan

METHOD

Add sugar to sifted ingredients
Mix egg buttermilk and butter and add to dry ingredients mix well add pecans. Pour in greased loaf tin. Bake at 180. 35_40 minutes
Melt caramel treat wit milk and pour ouer loaf. Enuf to mke a pourable consistency. Sprinkle wit pecan on top.
