INGREDIENTS

🥖 1 day old roll🥃 2 tablespoon olive oil🧄 2 cloves garlic🥬 2 tablespoon parsley dried/fresh 🧈 2 tablespoon butter🧀 Mozzarella

METHOD

Slice the roll into even slices
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, parsley and butter
Brush onto the slices and place on a greased pan / tray Sprinkle salt, mozzarella and origano
Grill for 10 minutes or until golden brown
Enjoy!
