INGREDIENTS
1 cans ideal milk
1 can coconut milk
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups fresh cream
1 ⅓ cup flaked coconut
METHOD
in a heavy base pot add ideal milk,coconut
milk,sugar ,vanilla essence,place into
fridge,once
well chilled add cream, then add
coconut,add to ice
cream maker follow directions provided by
manufacturer.
IF U DON'T HAVE AN ICE CREAM MACHINE,ADD
THE MIXTURE INTO A 1.5 LT PLASTIC ICE
CREAM CONTAINER,AND EVERY HOUR TAKE IT OUT
OF THE FREEZER AND BEAT WITH ELECTRIC HAND
BEAT, AND PLACE BACK TO FREEZE,REPEAT THIS
PROCESS AT LEAST 5 TIMES.
