1cup milk powder
1 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
-mix ghee (Clarified butter) with milk powder. add in
the rest of the ingredients and tie
dough with the egg. make tiny balls
-boil 6cups milk with 4 tablespoon sugar.
when boiling add the balls and boil
-when milk is bit cold add 1 tin
evaporated milk, dessert cream and
bit of condensed milk.
-transfer to casserole bowl and add
siced nuts and saffron in wanted
*evaporated milk, cream and
condensed milk give it a richer taste
