My Simple Style
INGREDIENTS
Use +- 1 kg Mutton pieces1 carrot steamed and cut in. Rings1 large potato cut in wedges and fried lightly
METHOD
In a PotAdd1 curry spoon oil. 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 large chopped onionSaute with 1 Elachi (cardomom) pod 1 tuj (cinnamon stick)½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Till light gold in colourAdd1 tablespoon Magic masala1 teaspoon dhana jeera mic1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon saltBraise Add cut up 1 kg Mutton piecesBraise well for 7 mjnutesAdd 1 grated Tomato1 tablespoon Tomato pureeCook till meats are soft Add1 Cut up steamed Carrots1 large Potato cut in Wedges and fried Braise till all are soft Add water if necessary When done Add 1 tablespoon Tomato sauceGarnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Serving SuggestionPuri .. Achar.. Salads Enjoy
