INGREDIENTS
5 to 6 big rotis (or how many you require to fit in your pyrex/casserole dish)
Filling: 2 or 3 chicken fillets steamed and shreddedMicrowaved/steamed potatoes cubed½ cup frozen mixed veggiesSalt to taste Coarsely ground black pepper to taste1 tablespoon Spicy delights green Thai curry paste1 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder½ teaspoon tumeric powder ½ cup water
Tomatoe Sauce/Sweet Chillie SauceMiami Sweet Relish
METHOD
- Cook the above till yummy and thick to fill the rotis- Fill each roti, put some tomatoe sauce/ sweet chillie sauce on top and roll- Place each rolled roti in your pyrex dish- Top and spread with Miami Sweet Relish (or any chutney sauce of your choice), 1 tablespoon per roti- Top with grated gouda cheese or cheese of your choice- Sprinkle on dried thyme, dried oregano and dried parsley (or dried mixed herbs of your choice)- Grill in oven till hot and cheese melted, bubbly and yummy- Enjoy :)
