Marinate butterflied prawns with
following:1 teaspoon salt,
1½ teaspoon fine chili powder,
½ teaspoon black pepper,
2tblsp lemon juice,
1 teaspoon crushed garlic,
½ bottle steers peri peri sauce.
Make paste and smear on prawns.
flat on oven tray and drizzle some
sauce over. When ready to serve
tray on bottom shelf of oven and
on top heat for +-10 minutues.
Make sauce with following:250ml
1tblsp fish spice,
100g butter and lemon juice. Quick
boil on stove. Pour remainder sauce
over just before serving
