Preheat oven 180°
𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔1 chicken fillet cubed.
In pot add 1tbs oil, the cubed chicken,1 teaspoon chilli powder, ½teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, salt, ½teaspoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon cumin powder, ¼ teaspoon coriander powder, cook until done. Allow to cool for a bit, add 2tbs of each finely chopped green and red peppers, finely chopped spring onions,1tbs mayonnaise. Mix.
𝑫𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉2¼ cups Plain FlourSalt to taste1 teaspoon of dry yeast 1 egg (beaten )½ teaspoon thyme 50ml oil110ml of warm milk
In a large bowl add flour salt, thyme, yeast, egg, oil mix,gradually add warm milk (add more milk if needed) knead for 10min to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rise until double in size.Divide dough into 10 balls.Use a small glass and press deep in the middle of each dough to make a well. Add the fillings and grated cheese.Brush with beaten eggs, sprinkle sesame seeds OR poppy seeds.Bake until golden
