¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup oil100 g soft Butter¾ Cup Castor sugarBeat till light and fluffyAdd to the above ½ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg powder1 teaspoon finely Crushed Elachi (cardomom) ½ teaspoon Bicarb1 Full teaspoon Baking Powder2 tablespoon Semolina or Taystee wheat1 tablespoon Mazina (Optional) 1 Level tablespoon Chana (Gram) FlourBeat wellGradually add +-1 cup Flour Then gradually another ½ (half) cup FlourBeat well make a soft doughMake Small BallsFlatten slightly press an almond in the centre of each Naan KhataiPlace on a greased Baking TrayBake in Oven at 170* for +-15 to 20 MinutesOr until done the Naan Kathai must have a cracked appearanceREMOVE FROM. OVEN. AND ALLOW TO COOLOnce Cold Place in an Airtight containerENJOY😋
