INGREDIENTS
500 g small shells pasta1 onion, choppedHalf yellow pepper, sliced into stripsHalf red pepper, sliced into stripsHalf green pepper, sliced into strips11/2 tablespoon olive oilSalt and black pepper to taste ¾ teaspoon oreganum½ teaspoon sweet basil¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
METHOD
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until half done.Add peppers and sauté until cooked to preference.Add spices and mix well.Add macaroni. Mix well and sauté for 3 minutes to combine.Transfer to microwave safe bowl. Add cheese and mix well.Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high.Serve with garlic bread, zucchini fries and yoghurt dip.
