½ kg chicken cubedCook in:Butter1 teaspoon Salt1 tablespoon Green masala1 teaspoon Garlic½ teaspoon L.pepper½ teaspoon B.pepperCubed green peppersWhen done...leave aside ..cool and shred slightly...In a pot:Liquidise 3 tomatoesAdd origanum½ teaspoon Salt½ teaspoon Red chillies1 tablespoon garlic sauce1 tablespoon mustard sauce1 tablespoon Peri peri sauce1 tablespoon Tomato sauce2 tablespoon Tomato puree½ teaspoon Dhana jeerooCook till thick..set aside..White sauce2 tablespoon flour2 tablespoon butter..mix and make a paste...Add ¾ litre milk...stir until boiling point and mixture has thickened..add in 1 cup grated cheese ..pinch of salt..and freshly ground black pepper....leave a side....To assemble:Grease a pyrex...place half of the chicken...put half the tomatoes mixture...place lasagne sheets...pour over half of the white sauce ..then put again...chicken... tomatoes mixture...sheets . and white sauce...grate cheese. Ontop...and sprinkle oregano...leave for few hours...so that sheets absorb the moisture from the liquids...and soften up...bake at 180°...till well browned..and bubbling..+-25 minutes ..enjoy....
