INGREDIENTS
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)1 cup Sojee (semolina flour)1 cup coconut Half cup sugar 4 tablsp rose syrupHalf teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) seedsWater
METHOD
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a wok than add Elachi (cardomom) braise for few seconds than add Sojee (semolina flour) braise well until you get an aroma. Add coconut rose syrup sugar and half glass water cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with nuts of your choice. Enjoyπ

Can be served with nestle dessert cream or a fresh cream sauce for a richer tasteπ
