INGREDIENTS

4 cups milk
1 ¼ teaspoon falooda powder
¼ cup rose water
3 tablespoon rose syrup
2 tablespoon custard powder
2Tbs milk powder
1 small tin nestle cream
1 tin condensed milk
METHOD
Bring milk, falooda powder, rose water and rose syrup up to a simmer. Remove from stove and whisk in a paste made of the custard powder and milk powder with a little milk. Place back on stove and let it boil for another 2 minutes whisking all the time.
Remove from stove and whisk in condensed milk and nestle cream. Once it’s cooked pour into bowls. Garnish with whipped cream, chopped pistachios and edible roses .
( I found my one came out a little to pink so maybe I’ll cut down the rose syrup next time )
