USE +-10 Chicken Drumsticks Skin Off
+-1 kg Chicken pieces Skin OffMake 2 cuts /slits on itWash and place in potAdd 1 teaspoon ginger garlic pasteAnd little tumericLet it steam in its own juices for 12 minutesRemove CoolMarinate with100 ml of the Aminas PortugueseMarinade1 teaspoon Any dry chicken Spice1 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon Yoghurt or Cream 1 teaspoon magic masala or red chilli paste 1 teaspoon lemon juiceAdd herbs ( Rosemary or Italian) 2 tablespoon oil (preferably Olive) Mix well and keep aside for 1 hour or more When ready to cook or braai (bbq)Place in pot cook till doneThen place in a casserole and grill in oven before servingSprinkle nibbed almonds and chopped dhania (coriander) for Garnish
Place chicken on a foil on the braai (bbq) Grid Close it up let it braai (bbq) for 10 minutes on either sideThen remove it from. The foilAnd place it directly on the grid to Brown a bitUse the excess marinate by heating it up with a bit of butter and cook it few minutes and use it as a baste Enjoy with Potato wedges Salads and Rolls or Naan 😋
