Cube and cook 1 kg fillets with:1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Cook till done.Add in:2 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon steers prego sauceMix well
Fry and season 🍟 chipsShredded lettuce & red onions 🌰 Assemble:Sliced cheese 🧀 Shredded lettuce Chicken Chips 🍟 Drizzle Nandos bushveld & mayo over 🍟 Serve warm
