RECIPE

•Butter Lettuce •Rocket •Caramelised pear (with little ghee (Clarified butter) and brown sugar) •Caramelised mixed seeds (with little ghee (Clarified butter) and brown sugar) •Cucumber •Can add avo and feta
Layer on ingredients in a bowl
Honey and shallot dressing 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Little olive oil 1 tablespoon steers mustard sauce 1 teaspoon brown sugar1 teaspoon honey Chop about 3 or 4 thin slices of shallot in dressing if you dont have shallot spring onion can be used
