INGREDIENTS
T-Bone/ Steak/ Mutton/ Beef/Chicken of choice cut in piecesSalt & ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon green masala1 tablespoon chillie powder 1 tablespoon gharum masala 2 tablespoon oil500ml water2 Carrots cleaned and sliced1 Punnet courgettes cleaned and sliced 1 Cup sliced green beans1 Small onion sliced1 Tomatoe chopped2 Potatoes cubed1 Punnet patty pans (optional)2 Gem squash cut in chunks (optional)½ Punnet sliced mushrooms (optional)
METHOD
- In a pot add the oil, cleaned meat and spices- Add in the water and cook till meat half done - Add in veggies and cook 30 to 40 minutes more- Serve with roti, rice, puri or bread- Enjoy :)
