INGREDIENTS
1. 1 cup Kellogg's bread crumbs
2. ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3. chopped dhanya
4. 2 teaspoon chicken spice ( robertsons)
5. 1 teaspoon chicken masala ( spice Mecca)
6. 1 egg
7. 2 tablespoon melted butter
8. 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
9. 2 teaspoon lemon
7. Salt and pepper
8. 2 chicken breast fillets
METHOD
1. Mix ingredients 1 to 5 in a bowl
2. Use a mallet to even chicken fillets out
3. Beat egg and season with salt and pepper
4. Dip fillets into egg and then coat with crumb
mixture
5. Put fillets onto a baking tray and drizzle with
butter mixture (
mix ingredients 7-9 together)
6. Bake in oven at 180 for 10 to 12 minutes

cucumber salad drizzled with knorr creamy Italian
salad
dressing.
