RECIPE
Wash and de-seed 2-3 Large Red Capsicum(Yellow can be used) Soak 5 fresh Red chilli till softRemove the stems only and Chop it Chop 2 RED Onions3 Large TomatoesFew slices of fresh sliced ginger1 tablespoon crushed garlic½ cup Lemon juice 2 tablespoon lemon zestRosemary ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper or Red Chilli powder1 tablespoon paprika 1Tblsp Garam Masala2 tablespoon Dhana jeera powder 1 teaspoon Citric acid for colour and preserve (optional) 2 tablespoon Freshly ground whole Black Pepper1 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoon Olive Oil or Normal OilMix all together in a Non Stick PanAnd cook on stove for 20 minutes Remove Then Place in OVEN under GRILLTILL it turns a bit Charred or slightly BrownRemove place on a flat tray to COOLWhen Cold place in a food processed or Blender and liquidise Till a smooth Slightly Thickish texture is achieved Bottle and Keep Refrigerated When Required Grill or braai (bbq) meats etc ENJOY😋
