Bibi Mdelightsmake a thick porridge with :mealie meal add sallt,about a 2 cups porridge,when cooked add 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and flour 2 make a soft dough,knead well and allow to stand for an hour,roll out big roti spread ghee (Clarified butter),sprinkle flour,make a tight swissroll ,cut 3cm broad neeten roll out to 20cm round and fry on medium heat both sides then drizzle ghee (Clarified butter) on the third turn,and fourth turn.by now it will all puffed up .
