INGREDIENTS
2 l vanilla ice cream 150g grated burfee,1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder,¼ cup pecan nuts,¼ cup almonds and 1 teaspoon rose water
METHOD
soften the ice-cream( u can do this by placing it in fridge overnite) mix in grated burfee,Elachi (cardomom) powder., nuts, almonds and rose water mix wellplace in container and freeze.
INFO & TIPS
make sure u sure a good quality vanilla ice-cream you can use chopped pista or roasted coconut as well.
