Inspired and Adapted
Remove Hard Peel and cut in rounds keep it submerged in water as it will change colourDrain water before adding to the curry Take 200 g Prawn Meat or Shrimp Cleaned and deveined Add ¼ teaspoon garlicWash and keep aside In a pot add 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and 2 tablespoon oilAdd 2 Torn up dry red chillies½ teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Curry leavesAdd 1 medium Chopped or grated OnionSaute add Few slices of slivered garlic 2 Large grated Tomato+- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon dhana jeera powderSalt to taste Braise few minutes and now add the Ghisora /ToraiCook for 5 minutes Add the Prawn /Shrimps Cook further till done not too dryAdjust Chilli & Salt taste Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy with Rotis 😋
