RECIPE
Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) 1 Elachi (cardomom) few cloves few peppercorns 2 taj. add in 2 teaspoon garlic ginger masala. Add in 1 kg washed and drained mutton pieces. Add in 1 teaspoon salt. 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed chillies ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric). Fry. add in 3 cups liquidised tomatoes. Cook till done. Adding water. Add in potatoes and ½ tin tomato puree 1 teaspoon garam masala. Cook till thick and potatoes soft. Garnish with greens. Serve with rice or rotis
