1 heaped cup flour1 cup milk¼ cup sugar 1 egg 3 tablespoon chocolate nesquik 2.5ml vanilla essence Pinch of cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Put everything in a blender, blend till smooth and fry. Serve with syrup,cream or ice cream..
INFO & TIPS
Notes: you can also add in chocolate chips for a tastier flapjack.
If your batter is too thick, add in more milk
