INGREDIENTS
650g Hake or 2xTins of Tuna Chunks (170g),3-4 slices of stale white bread1 small onion5ml Garlic paste,2,5 ml ground black pepper,1 egg, beaten45ml(3Tbsp) parsley, chopped1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper spiceOr danya chopped, (optional) instead of parsley... ¼ teaspoon Jiera powder,( optional),¼ teaspoon Garlic powder(optional),Dull Curry with Frangrant Rice on my recipes added.. Delicious 🥘🥘
METHOD
Cook the fish in microwave for 15 minutes & strain in colander.The tuna can be added out of the tin (but strain the liquid first before adding it) .. Soak the bread in water & sqeeze out all the moisture.Combine fish & bread and chop the onion finely and together with the remaining ingredients,add too the fish or Tuna. Mix thoughly. Form balls @slightly flatten in palm of hands.Fry until golden brown on each side..Garnish with danya chopped or lemon wedges. Best served with Dull Curry & Rice or 'gesmoorde tomato & Roasted potatoes.
