½ teaspoon Sugar
3 tablespoon All Gold Tomato Sauce
125g butter for grilling
Kashmiri Sauce (replica of Jimmy’s
killer Prawn)
125 g Tomatoe paste
2 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Spice
4 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
5 tablespoon cream
Salt to taste

METHOD
PRAWNS:
Combined all the ingredients
togetherMelt butter
and brush all over prawnsGrill in a
preheated
oven and grill for max of 15 minutes
SAUCE: In a saucepan, combine all
ingredients on
medium heat, bring to boil and allow
sauce to
reduce when prawn comes out of oven,
lavishly
cover in the sauce and serve hot
