Hot Cross Buns Pudding

INGREDIENTS

6-8 buns4eggs beaten500ml fresh cream 200ml milk½ cup brown sugar/ castor sugar100g or less of spreading butter Icing sugar -optional for Dusting

METHOD

1. Slice buns in half and spread butter on each side and place in an ovenproof casserole dish
2. Mix all wet ingredients into the sugar and mix till dissolved
3. Pre- heat oven to 180°
4. Pour wwr mixture over the buns and let soak for 15 minutes and put in the oven to bake for 45 minutes or so toll set
5. Dust icing sugar and enjoy warm with custard or ice cream on the side with some berries if you like
