INGREDIENTS
500g flour 300ml warm water 3 eggs 8g yeast 60g butter 25g sugar Pinch salt
Filling of your choice
METHOD
Add half warm water in mixing bowl and add yeast. Let it activitie for 5 minutes.
Add flour, and knead and add salt and add 2 eggs.Add the remaining water little at a time. Knead for 15 minutes.Now add the butter and knead for another 10 minutes Now prepare the filling Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and let it double in size
When double in size punch down and knead for 2 in minutes on a lightly flour surface.
Divide the dough and roll into a ball and let in rest for 5 minutes cover it And make the curry bun.When curry bun is done let it double for 30 minutes. Now brush with egg wash Bake 180 for 20 to 30
