Chilli flakes½ teaspoon. Onion powder ½ garlic powder 1 teaspoon. Soya sauce Aromat (a South African Spice) original, to taste 1 garlic clove, finely chopped 40 - 50g Left over curry chicken, beef or mutton. (Cut the meat into bite size chunks)
Cut the roti into thin slices and set aside.Heat the pan on low heat and oil and sauté the garlic and add the egg and salt, pepper and chili flakes and scrambled it well. When egg is cooked add all the veggies and sauté for 3 - 5 minutes.Now season the veggies with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, Garlic powder, onion powder, Aromat (a South African Spice) original and soya sauce. Now add the chopped curry and mix in well and add the roti and mix well for 3 - 5 minutes. Serve with a lime no side and gravy.Serve while warm.
