1 kg potato (cooked & mashed 1 teaspoon salt ½-1 teaspoon grated nutmeg or to taste 5 teaspoon soft butter 2 yolks 2 eggs crushed black pepper to taste
Stir butter, salt, pepper & nutmeg into hot mashed potatoes. Add whole eggs & yolks together & add to mash. Place mixture in a piping bag & pipe nests onto greased pan. Bake @ 200*Cup for 20 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from oven & fill with whole kernel, sweetcorn, peas or mix veg. Sprinkle a little crushed pepper over & serve hot.
