1 & ½ cup Yellow moon dal soaked overnight.½ bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) leaves½ onion chopped ½ tomato chopped 1 tablespoon Crushed green chillies 1 tablespoon Crushed garlic Salt¼ cup water 2 tablespoon oil Mix all the ingredients in a pot. Slow cook for an hour. You can add some more water for a mashy consistency. Tarka:¼ onion sliced Few Curry leaves 1 teaspoon Whole cumin seeds2 tbslps oil Fry ingredients in the oil until golden brown. Throw over dal. Garnish with green dhania (coriander).
