1 cup Quaker Oats (or use any quick cooking type)½ cup chana flour Plain yoghurt (enough to make a batter)Salt to tasteGreen chillies to tasteGinger and Garlic paste1 teaspoon baking powder
Dry Roast Oats taking care not to burn it. Then add in a food processor and blend till powdered.Then make a batter using the powdered oats,chana flour and yoghurt. Mix well then set aside for 1 hour. Add all seasonings to taste and baking powder. Grease any suitable dish and steam till cooked through. Before serving,heat 2 TB vegetable oil add 1TB mustard seeds and curry leaves. Fry till aromatic and pour over dhokla.Garnish with dhania (coriander) and enjoy hot!
