Bismillah Ar Rahman Ar Rahim
INGREDIENTS
1 onion2 tomatoes1 tablespoon of crushed garlic2 tablesoons olive oil2 potatoes4 pieces of hake or any firm boneless white fishΒΌ teasoon turmeric2 teaspoons cayenne pepper2 bay leaves1 cinnamon stick1 teaspoon salt2 sprigs of parsley1 tablesoon of lemon juice
METHOD
Chop tomatoes and onion fine in a food processor or blender.
Fry garlic in olive oil until fragrant Add cinnamon stick and bay leaves add tomato onion mixture cook for 5 minutes. Peel and cut potatoes in rounds add to pot stir in 2 cups of boiled water. Mix in salt & cayenne pepper. Cook until potatoes are done..Mix in fish & parsley once at boiling point (5min) switch off stove and allow to steam.
Alhamdulillah all done π½
Serve with milho (Portuguese mielie meal), rice or crusty bread

Adjust water accordingly.
I sprinked dry parsley today.
