1 litre milk1 Tin condense milk 1 Big Nestle cream 2 teaspoon China grass/falooda powder2 tablespoon klim/milk powder1 tablespoon custard powder½ teaspoon cardamom powder2 tablespoon icing sugar
Boil milk with the China grass powder, mix milk powder, custard powder and make a paste with little milk. Stir into boiling milk. Be careful of lump formation. Keep stirring.Boil till thick.Remove from heat and add condense milk and ½ tin Nestle cream. Beat well. And pour in mould.Chill. Unmould. Beat the remainder of Nestle cream with 2 tablespoon icing sugar and pour over the pudding!
