INGREDIENTS
1 cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 level teaspoon Baking Powder
Sprinkle of dry parsley
1 tablespoon oil
Cold water - to judge* (add slowly)
METHOD
Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add
parsley and rub in oil.
Add cold water to form a sticky gooey
dough.
Quickly add blobs to pot (containing
cooked sugarbeans etc.) and leave to
simmer on a low heat with the pot lid firmly
closed.
Do Not open the pot until 30 minutes have
passed.
Soft dumplings like bread clouds is the goal :)
INFO & TIPS
* Cold Water- add only till have a sticky
consistency dough- not too runny or stiff-
Tricky part.
Do not open the pot once you have added
the blobs of dough.
This recipe serves 3-4 people depending on
appetite
