4 eggs1 cup sugar1 cup milk1 cup oil1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 teaspoon lemon juice2 cups flour 1 teaspoon Baking powderRind of one lemon
Beat Sugar and eggs till white and fluffy. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice and beat.Sift in flour and baking powder and mix well. Lastly fold in lemon Rind. Pour into greased Bundt tin and bake in preheated oven at 180 deg for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Once cooked decorate with sifted icing sugar and lemon Rind.
