INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet 2 onionsA bunch fresh coriander 2 slices of bread1 egg 1 teaspoon salt (acc to your taste)3 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 2 teaspoon jeeroo powder 3 teaspoon green chillie paste (put more according to taste)2 teaspoon chicken spice 2-3 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
METHOD
Food process all the ingredients And shape into kebabs Refrigerate for a few hours Drizzle some oil in a frying panFry the kebabs in some oil on both sidesTill it changes color remove from oil And pour over the sauce.
60g butter3 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon mustard sauce3 tablespoon garlic sauce2 tablespoon nandos lemon and herb sauce (optional)2 teaspoon lemon juice Little fresh cream Finely chopped fresh coriander Make a sauce with all the ingredients Pour the sauce over the kebabs and place it in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
INFO & TIPS
I like my kabaabs more saucy, so I added more fresh cream.
