Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS

30ml oil
1 med onion chopped
30ml crushed garlic pun net mushrooms sliced
250ml fresh cream
30ml flour, mixed with 100ml water
10ml salt
5ml black pepper

METHOD

Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onion until
soft and sauté onion until soft and golden. Add
garlic and mushrooms sauté for 5 minutes. Add
cream, flour mixture, salt and pepper. Allow to
cook until sauce thickens
