RECIPE

125g butter1⁄2 cup oil1 & ¼ cup sugarBeat together
4 eggsAdd in 1 at a time1 cup milk3 cups self-raising flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add the rest of ingredients.Pour in 2 loaf tins and bake 4 ± 1 hour
Pour half batter in 1 tin. The other half batter divide into 2. In 1 add ¼ cup cocoa and mix. Then add to tin and mix with a skewer to get a marble effect.
Once baked allow to cool.
Decor with ganache. Enjoy.
