Custard Pastry Slices

INGREDIENTS

1 Package ready made rolled pastry sheet1 litre vanilla custard450g marshmellows

METHOD

Preheat oven to 220degrees Line a baking sheet with baking paperRoll out the pastry sheet a little to flatten slightly,cut in two equal halves.Place on a baking sheet put another tray on top to prevent the pastry from rising.Remove from the oven after its baked and leave to coolPour the custard into a microwave bowl and in the marshmellowsMicrowave for a minute and stir.Repeat untill the marshmellows are melted into the custardAdd in a few drops of pink gel colour.Mix well.Line a square dish with wax paperPut one sheet of pastry into the wax paperPour the custard over Place the other layer of pastry over Place in the fridge for 2/3 hours Sift icing sugar over and cut into squaresKeeps in the fridge for ½ days.
