INGREDIENTS

1kg Chops1 heaped teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon crushed green chilliesSquirt of lemon juice3 Tblpsn Steers Peri peri sauceDash of Whorchesteshire sauce2 Tbslpn homemade Chilli sauce2 Tblpsn Sweet chillie sauceA little honey/golden syrup

METHOD

Marinate Chops with the following ingredients and let rest for about an hour, this can also be done the day before.
Brush the bottom of the airfryer with oil. Place the chops in side. Put the Airfryer on the Meat setting (185 degrees for 16 minutes) and cook. Removed when done.
Comes out just like braaied chops

INFO & TIPS

Can airfryer sausages in the same way, jus rinse and put inside with chops. Sausages take 10 mins.
