INGREDIENTS
                      Step 1: Sauce
2 Tblspns red ginger garlic masala1 Tblspns crushed ginger garlic2 tablespoon Tamoatoe paste1 tablespoon Vinager1 tablespoon chili powder½ teaspoon tumeric½ teaspoon salt1 tablespoon dhania (coriander) Jeera
2 medium tomatoes(grated)Whole spices ( a few cloves, Elachi (cardomom), sprinkle of jeera)
Step 2: Marinate1 disjointed chicken or 1kg chicken fillet
Step 3: Cook
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 tablespoon Fresh CreamHandful of fresh chopped dhania (coriander)
                    
METHOD
                       Step 1: Sauce 
In a pot, coated in alittle ghee (Clarified butter), mix all of the above ingredients add in tomatoe and whole spices and bring to boil... Once thick, remove from stove... 
Step 2: Marinate cut up chicken and marinate in sauce for minimum 30 minutes...
Step 3: Cook
put marinated chicken back on stove with alittle water and 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and cook till water dries up and sticks to chicken, like a thick paste...
Add in 2 tablespoon fresh cream, let bubble once...
Too with fresh cut dhania (coriander) and serve
