Microwave Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

(1)1 cup flour¾ cup sugar 2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 4 tablespoon oil3 tablespoon cocoa 2 eggs
(2)1 cup boiling water add 1 teaspoon coffee to boiling water and add to the mixture.

METHOD

Mix all ingredients in 1* together until combined. Add *2 and mix until just combined. Pour in a 2 liter greased icecream dish and bake for 7 minutes in the microwave. Than leave it in the microwave for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Decorate as your feelings tell you 🤭🤗

INFO & TIPS

• You can use any microwaveable dish for this.

• You can add chopped nuts, if you like.
